Injuries+Conditioning

    So my left ankle is still mangled and the right knee is not much better. Can lift but am afraid to put to much stress on the above mentioned body parts outside Squats/DL. So my question is what is som good things I could do to improve my conditioning while injured.

    I'd like forms of cardio that have a controlled ROM and place less stress on the joints. Stationary bike, elliptical, rowing machine. Not really my area of expertise though.

    There is always the case to be made that if your ankle and knee are too sensitive you should just rest for a couple more weeks and let it heal. Depends on the severity of the injury, the magnitude of the pain, and a host of other factors though.
