So I've recently been getting lots of injuries. I'm fighting on the 20th of July in a 5 day tournament, dunno how often I'll be fighting but my weight class is stacked, so possibly 3-4 times.

Today, I hurt my left most knuckle on my right hand in sparring, while throwing a right hand. Couldn't hit the bags after that, so I just shadow boxed. The thing is I also have an injury to my left elbow, whenever I throw a hook and sometimes an uppercut, I'll feel pain on the elbow joints, but only on impact, never if I miss the punch.

The elbow has been bothering me a while now, about 2 weeks, and it's gotten much better, no more swelling because I've been taking Advil to keep inflammation and pain down. Now I was thinking of doing this for my knuckles too, but I know this is just a shortcut and it won't heal properly this way. I know that I have to avoid anything that aggravates my elbows or my knuckles, which means bag work (I can still work the double end bag without any pain.)

The thing is, how can I skip out on the heavy bag and possibly sparring if I got a fight in like 2 weeks? It just doesn't feel right to do that, though I know I need to let my hands rest. Any advice on what I should do?

Yeah you should see a doctor and get professional advice. If he says to stop training to heal then just skip the tournament. It's not worth creating a chronic injury if there's no title or payday on the line.
