i am out for a while again, i was tightening some large bols with a spud wrench (open end wrench with a long handle that tapers from 1" to 3/8" round at the tip) i couldnt get it tight enough so i put my foot on it to get better leverage, then my foot slipped and it stuck through my boot and into my foot about one inch deep. so now i will be out again for a couple months.
i wish i could, i need shoulder surgery. but i will do something, not sure yet, i am reading kyle maynards "no excuses" for inspiration
Damn that sucks. Sounds like you need to train on the use of your hands while your foot is out of action. When I broke my ankle I worked out with weights on my upper body and when my shoulder was dislocated I practiced kicking. Any way take care of yourself.
same problem i had with the other shoulder i had to get surgery on. my collar bone is too long and is eating at the ac joint
