I was wondering if I could get information on what and how much of vitamins I need as far as doses go.. on what minerals, supplements I need to get stronger, bigger(muscluar) and why I need those certain things to get bigger and what do they do
I keep reading stuff that people put up but it always feels like I'm reading in the middle and I would like to start from the start.. If their anything that I can read that will teach me the above questions and answers other then constantly coming here and half understanding it?
