I'm looking for some information regarding the Fitness Plus gym in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I know a few people that post here are part of the gym or have trained there before. I'm looking for a training schedule or perhaps some contact information.
All I've been able to find is a facebook page with an outdated website and an email that I tried to contact with no response.
Like I said a training schedule/contact info would be nice, but anything at all pertaining to the gym that anyone would like to share would definitely be appreciated. Thanks.
