increasing flexibility

What's the best way for me to increase my flexibility, i stretch myself after every training session and that's about it. Could i be stretching everyday ? Or is this likely to be counterproductive to becoming flexible. What sort of stretches should i be doing ?
 
I'm doing DDPyoga to increase my flexibility and it's been going pretty well.
 
Look into Pavel Tsatsouline's stretching books. He's got good techniques and routines. Ignore the cheesy schtick - the info's gold.
 
Maybe you're doing it right.
 
Ive only been able to touch the tip with my tongue...as soon as I can deepthroat myself ill be able to rip gogos
