Increase Speed in punches?????

many people can tell u that speed come with relaxation. for most ppl learn how to relax is the hard part. and too many of them got started with weight too early, and that gave them even more tension then before. one good way to lose those tension(gain speed) is do high rep. and keep going even when ur arms gets tire. because when u are tire, u automatically try to use as little force as u can to achieve the same goal. by doing this over time. ur muscle learn and remember how to relax. then u will gain ur speed.
 
for drills, you can shadow box more. focus on speed. also use the resistence rope when you shadow box. adds alot of speed to your punches. also work on the double end bag for defensive speed.
