Modern aircraft coupled with a large army. Those planes and helicopters chew through any of the other technology, although you've given them enough targets. I'm not sure where the 10,000 ironclads are of use unless all the fighting is within sight of a shoreline. The WWI planes decimate all the ancient foot soldiers, but don't touch modern machines or the tanks. I think even the seals have a decent chance against them. The seals would be great in asymmetrical warfare with the others, but 800 against millions is a no go. A tank for each seal is neat, but doesn't cut it against a 30mm chain gun or missiles. The 4 million Nazis with Model Ts might have a chance, but 24 million dudes backed up by air support is the bottom line.

Military 1 are sitting ducks. Military 5 is also out, woefully lacking quantity.

Military 2 would clash with military 4. I think there were would be a lot of losses on both sides, possibly a stalemate.

I think military 3 has the best potential if they play their cards right. They could invade military 5 for a quick expansion of territory and study the recovered technology. They could also fortify their existing positions and slowly expand across Asia until they hit Europe / Africa, and possibly clean up after the military 2 and 4 conflict. Then go after military 1 at their leisure.

well the 4 million nazis would have like 100k officers capable of coming up with battle plans to beat roman legions and 10 greek aircraft, and also march on the mongol chariots and completely wreck them.
army 5 would just join the nazis since what's the big difference anyway when you think about it.

None of the other 4 can do anything without a way to reach their opponent.

This could go two ways in my opinion. First is military 2 (Africa) take military 4 (Europe) and then military 3 in Asia. Then take south america (5) and north america (2)

The 2nd way is military 1 (NA) takes military 5 (SA) and then goes for Asia or Africa.
