in the 50/50

    if you are standing and your opponent is still grabbing on your leg; can you kneebar them after breaking the leg triangle open?

    Yeah you could conceivably spin and kneebar the leg that's between your legs. There's a kneebar possibility pretty much any time one of your opponent's legs is between both of yours.

    I suppose you could do basically this movement in reverse:



    Try it in the gym and let us know how it goes.

    it is possible but you need to be really really fast...

    yes, but it's difficult to hit and finish from there and will can easily result in you ending up back in 50/50 only on the ground and down an advantage now. IMO it's not even worth going for unless you're down to start.
