It has to be some kind of freak accident that a human can hit as hard as a 30 mph 1 ton car
First and foremost, not every puncher in the world is known to common man.
There could be some genetic freak out there that never got the attention.
Will there be anyone punching harder?
Of course there will, new people are born every day.
Back in the day, people were impressed with the strongest back then, who punched as hard as a flea-ridden mule.
Science is evolving, Medicine is evolving.
People will eat differently , nutrition will be better, there will be more efficient PEDs and there will be better regimens in the future.
Looking forward to gene-splicing a shark, a human, a cheetah and a gorilla in the future (but with the face of Donaldo).
How will society look like in the 2050s and onwards?
Will there be a select few physical specimens while the majority are fat blobs hooked on to screens with their brains?
Or will it be a Post-apocalyptic society with the Law of the Jungle and "Survival of the Fittest"?
