I think with most people a simple well lit video of the contested lifts would be sufficient. With you, we would need a calibrated scale and all of the weight measured immediately after the lift. This should be all done in one seamless uncut video. With your track record of lies and deceit it is a fair request.

Funny thing is @pokerandbeer never had the balls to admit he lied about his lifts. He just said stuff like "you'll never know" or "i can't explain it to you guys because you wouldnt understand."
