What you preffer a quick ko/submission where the superior fighter finish quick.

Or a savage beating 3 / 5 rounds - where the superior fighter display all his technique manhandling the opponnent in a bloody mess (ex Cain vs Jds, Glover vs Maldonado, Jones vs Shogun)

Just for fighter safety I'd prefer a quick KO/ref stoppage.

It was difficult to watch supposedly the best ref in the sport let JDS take an unnecessary beating for 2 more rounds.

I like to see these kinds of fights end late in the 2nd or early in the 3rd. Anything before that and I feel like there could have been a chance at a comeback, and anything after is just too much.

A big KO finish after getting wrecked and ultracombo'd for a round or two is blissful.

Glover vs Maldonado was hard to watch for me i yelled at the tv for the ref to stop the fight. honestly thought he was going to end up with brain damage.
So i'm going to go with quick KO or sub

Watching a 5 round beating is just that... watching someone slowly get beat up. I don't find that nearly as entertaining.

Did JDS ever stop moving or go limp or anything like that? Herb dean did a fantastic job in knowing that JDS was trying to protect himself and get out of danger, The moment JDS stopped and balled up in the 5th round Herb was right there waving off the fight...
If he had stepped in earlier, the flaming he would have gotten on these forums would have been huge..

I usually prefer a stoppage, but I subscribe to "worlds most one sided fist fights". (Its basically murder)
