This is my weekly routine that I'm working with now. I imagine it will change a bit though.
Any help on how to improve my routine would be appreciated.
Mon: Lifting - Squat, Deadlift
Tue: Muay Thai training
Wed: Running - 3 miles
Thurs: Muay Thai training
Fri: Lifting - Bench, Rows, Overhead press
Sat: Muay Thai training
Sun: Yoga, rest
