I've been looking for hours, can't find any info on this, seen some folk say they hold the item for 3 weeks until paid, then some say they got the item then a bill came about 2/3 weeks later?

When I shipped to Canada, the guy that bought the item from me told me in order for them to release it to him he had to pay duties on the item.

Don't know if it's the same for you or not.
