I don't know what SD would be like if Aldo beat Conor in 12 seconds as I've never seen so much emotion towards Aldo like I do towards Conor.

With 3k posts in 4 months I would have figured you’d have a better idea of the pulse of the site. I guess you just haven’t been here long enough.

Well I have been here long enough. It would be bad but not as unbearable as if Conor beat Khabib. Mainly because when Conor loses his fans implode their accounts and start new ones. A lot of the outrage the site experiences is directed at Conor fans directly.

It would be unbearable, that I agree with you.

This is what I mean, would it ever end? I mean look at how long those memes and pics and digs still go on now, it would be crazy and people would be losing their shit lol

Honestly, I've never known so much emotional investment like this, it would be like world war 3 between the Khabib and Conor fans wouldn't it haha

Seriously though, a lot of people would probably have to take time out from the forums or at least ignore all those related threads for a while cause you're right, it would be unbearable lol

This is exactly what I mean, it would be nuts, chances are Khabib will either retire unbeaten, be beat by someone before Conor or beat Conor again but if Conor happened to beat him and that was the thing, wow lol

    Crazy right? :)

Imagine GSP not only beating but dominating Khabib, only to lose the championship to Conor himself months later

That would be even worse lol

It wouldn’t end and that’s largely the fault of Conor fans. I think a lot of it would have died down by now, but they are so personally tied to Conors accomplishments. This is why they hold on to the hope of this magical rematch changing their fortunes. The memes, and trolling them continue as a response to their fanatical desperation.

Khabib is such a superior fighter than Conor I can't even imagine Conor winning.

It's mad ain't it? I don't know why it's just not a case of like you can love the guy as much as you like if you like (of course) but just be neutral about things too rather than so aggressive, defensive or whatever, it does come from both sides though cause I've seen Khabib fans like on Instagram constantly commenting about Conor and Khabib on posts that aren't even about either of them from a fight that was over a year ago now, it just never ends does it lol

I think the problem also comes too from Conor being so big, like some people love to see them fail and the fans love to see him succeed so that's where the whole clash is but is it unreal at times, I see people getting nasty with each other over it and there's really no need.

I understand fan passion and all that, of course but sometimes it gets a bit fiery and that's now a year after their fight so if we had some upset like Conor being the one, wow, we'd never hear the end of it.

We'd be all on our Zimmer frames and it'd still be happening, we'd never hear the end of it <45>

Yeah, as I say it would be that whole lucky punch thing, punchers chance wouldn't it but still, if it did we would never hear the end of it haha

They'd be wanting a trilogy next, oh don't haha
