lol, the view hosts were saying that some of Fallon's staff were actually crying that Norm said those things and was in the studio.

No, he was just playing them. After his segment, they came back and had to call out their viewers who were live tweeting, freaking out about him popping tic-tacs. He was acting all weird during the interview, but at the same time was able to quickly turn animated when he wanted to. It is just Norm being Norm, and of course he doesn't know anything about anything. He is a genius. He got the hosts to call the people on twitter stupid lol.
