I'll be honest. I've judged people for ranting on this (and other) forums for ranting about their personal lives. I was wrong and insensitive. This is so fucked up. I really don't know what the fuck to do.

Girlfriend's flipped. Keeps cutting herself. Every time I try and stop her she's violent. Called the police twice last night but they woiuln't arrest her unless I reported a crime.
