Alright Fellas,

particularly Barut...

I have to remove myself from the squat comp. I'm having arthroscopic shoulder surgery tomorrow. They'll be sawing down my collar bone's spike (and hopefully reversing it with a sweet, protruding outward spike,) collecting torn cartilage from the AC joint, removing an inflamed bursa due to the aforementioned bone spike, and repairing the rotator cuff tendon. The surgery should be quick, but I'll be unable to lift for at least 3 weeks.

Glad to hear that you're geting oyur shoulder fixed. Surgery isn't fun, but having it done and healing up is a lot better than just being in pain. Hope everything goes well for you, and you heal up quickly.
