I'm on the "Calzone" Diet and it's working!

Got sick of weighing every week and the scale barely moves. Got pissed at it and decided to go full Nuclear and do an extreme diet. Trying to get from 173 to 162. Dropped to 169.6 with conventional dieting, but it took me TWO weeks. Fuck that. I'd rather just be extreme and get it the fuck over with.

I am posting here to keep me accountable. I love it and it's working FAST, but I can't in good conscience recommend this to anyone else because it flies in the face of everything we are supposed to do to lose weight. Having said that I'm losing over a pound a day on this bitch. :D

THE 2 WEEK CALZONE CHALLENGE:
Food Week One: 1/2 Calzone w/ Marinara for Meal #1 The other 1/2 Calzone w/ Marinara for Meal #2
Food Week Two: One 1/2 Calzone w/ Marinara for Meal #1 (300 Calories)
Exercise: -400 Calories worth of exercise daily.
Duration: 2 Weeks.

Goal Weight: 162.0

Sounds like a crash diet that'll have you rebound pretty quickly once you come off of it and gain that weight back and then some.

Good luck though, keep us updated.

Thanks for the good luck part. The rest sounds like projection. It's really not all that weird anyway. It's basically a modified Fast. I drink a diluted OJ mixture throughout the day to keep my blood sugar stable and I eat two very small meals (less than 600 Calories per day)

The trick is to NEVER fuck up until you hit goal and then ramp up the Callys slowly. Gotta let that weight set in and become permanent. Get it over with fast is my Credo. I live for extremes. :D

I lost 130 pounds and I've kept it off for the most part since 2003. I'm a Professional at this. TBH this is the first time I've had to diet in about a year. I'm generally pretty good at maintaining. Covid got me. ;)

Obsessed is such an ugly word... I prefer to think of myself as extremely focused. ;)

TBH, I'd rather do it my way and be done in two weeks. Instead of doing it "right" and it taking two months.

Right on gene. Dieting's not so bad when you have a good goal and good plan. In a way, I kind of dig it. Keep up the good work brother. I like seeing you post around here.

I'm not doing any alcohol at all. It's a real motivation crusher. At least in my case it is... I get thinner and better looking with each drink until at some point I realize I don't need to lose any weight and order myself a Pizza. :D

Checking in Sherbros. Day 11. 3 days to go. In some ways this is SO much easier because there are no options and no choices and therefore no temptation to cheat. I'm on a bit of a high from it to be honest. Having said that, I'm definitely looking forward to getting off it on Tuesday. If I hit 162 I'm done. If not. I'm not. :)

Today's plan is to go burn 400 calories with some Cardio and then sit on my ass and watch fights all day. Sounds like a solid plan to me. Have a good one.

Update: I got two days left before the Calzone Challenge is complete and I weigh in on Wednesday. Cut my Calories to 300 a day (OMD = One Meal Day) a couple of days ago and have been doing OMD's just to make it even more extreme. So far, I feel great and I can see and feel the difference every day. Fats literally melting off. I suspect I'm close to goal. I'll kind of miss it, when this over. It's been fun.

BAM! The 2 week Calzone Challenge is over. Beat my goal by .2 lbs, and I lost 8 pounds in two weeks. Would've taken me TWO MONTHS to do it the old fashioned way at two pounds a week. Fuck that. Glad it's over. I do plan to keep the callys low for a couple of weeks to let my body adapt and make it permanent. Hopefully it'll be another year or two before I have to diet again. :cool:

I highly recommend this diet if you are a hardcore badass like myself. Try it for a few days and I guarantee you'll drop 3 or 4 pounds the first week.
