Got sick of weighing every week and the scale barely moves. Got pissed at it and decided to go full Nuclear and do an extreme diet. Trying to get from 173 to 162. Dropped to 169.6 with conventional dieting, but it took me TWO weeks. Fuck that. I'd rather just be extreme and get it the fuck over with.
I am posting here to keep me accountable. I love it and it's working FAST, but I can't in good conscience recommend this to anyone else because it flies in the face of everything we are supposed to do to lose weight. Having said that I'm losing over a pound a day on this bitch.
THE 2 WEEK CALZONE CHALLENGE:
Food Week One: 1/2 Calzone w/ Marinara for Meal #1 The other 1/2 Calzone w/ Marinara for Meal #2

Exercise: -400 Calories worth of exercise daily.
