I started kickboxing about 6 months ago, and I absolutely loved it! But the last 2 months I've been so busy with work and my kid that I haven't been able to go to practice. So in a few months me and my family are gonna move to a bigger apartment, and I will definitely take advantage of that so I can get some kickboxing going in my new home instead of being so bummed about not being able to go to practice! I'm 22, 6'4 ft and about 205 pounds. - What product can you guys recommend and anything in particular I should be aware of :)? - I will appreciate any advise I can get :)!

Outslayer heavybags have a good rep.

As for size, a lot depends on how you're planning to mount it. Most apt won't let you drill holes, and most stands won't accommodate a 6ft bag. Outslayer makes a stand that will, but it's pricey.

First, decide how you gonna hang it... You better get a Thai bag or classic heavy bag and don't worry too much about the weight.... somewhere around 100lbs should be fine.
Another option (which is also great for kickboxing) is free standing heavy bag.

You can find great hangers here
And great bags here

Good luck man! :)

If the thread starter is in Denmark as his info suggests I think the shipping might kill him from the USA guys..
