Come out.....stand his ground, give him a shot in the head and drop him like a sack of potatoes and make him roll over like a dog....just like he did a year ago.

He needs to make sure he can keep up with Cain's pace. He needs to work on his endurance. If he can't, he loses the fight.

He needs to stuff takedowns with one hand and smash the opponent's face with the other ALA Fedor. He needs to Guard his standup by making people fear taking him down, not just neutralize the take down.

His TDD was only really weak from the overhand in the 1st to the end of the 3rd. Outside of that it was very solid and he always got up.

What he needs to do next time is work on his cardio, prepare for Cains aggression and be aggressive himself.

Cain constantly pressed him and hurt him early and by the time he recovered in the 4th he was gassed.

To win next time he has to slow Cain down early back him off and he could win.
