... obviously his title reign has its days counted, till the day he faces chris weidman
Anyone with eyes to see, and not sold on records and other meaningless BS, knows that Weidman has more than 50% chance of winning that fight.
Sure Anderson has the advantage on the feet, and he avoided takedowns recently against bonnar and okami, but he still got taken down and controled by sonnen for the first round of their rematch, and had to cheat to beat him in the second (well sonnen kind of beat himself, but thats beside the point)
The point is, Anderson came 100% in the second fight, he still got taken down and controled with ease by Sonnen.
Now Sonnen is a guy that is very good, but that as good as you want him to be, his top control is very good, but his GNP and submissions are subpar, and simply not enough to do anything other than laying on a guy like Anderson.
Weidman OTOH has excelent subs and GNP, I dont think Silva would be able to lay confortably on his back against him, and would get TKOed, subbed, or decisioned by Weidman.
Im just saying that because I feel like I have reached a level of maturity in which I can see things for what they truly are, and I think that as good as Silva is, weidman is good enough on the ground and on TDs to beat him 7/10 times.
Many on sherdog are seem to believe Weidman has a "punchers chance" but its the other way around, unfortunately for Weidman, is the best puncher in the game
