Bro gotta work on his boxing and defense. He can throw awkward looping hooks and straights with his chin up in the air. Frustrating to see a fighter with KO power but lack the technique.
 
Yeah. He’s not once but twice made Jacare look like an elite striker.

He's like Khalil Roundtree with slightly tighter striking. You're not going to make it at the top elite level with pure explosive power. Ask Ngannou

MMA is weird.

Brunson starches an elite striker in Machida easily then gets KO'd easily by a career grappler
 
His hand was up it was just and inch or two too low. Some head movement could help him out
 
He needs to work on standing on two feet and not slip sliding around the cage like hes on ice.
 
I mean he is 34. I feel like he has been making this mistake for quite awhile. At this point, I wouldn't get my hopes up. If you root for him its best to just best to hope he lands something hard and powerful early to finish the fight because most people will probably continue to exploit that reaching punches/chin out flaw of his.
 
He blocked a rocket missile kick. I'm glad he was in control of his brain bouncing off the inside of his skull despite it. He needs to fucking do better!!!
 
Brunson is a very hot and cold fighter, sometimes he looks like a killer and very good, and other fights he looks so sloppy and lackluster. Weird fighter, I can't work him out.
 
He’s just a very fast fighter with a powerful punch, he's very gifted since both those things are more so inherent in a fighter than learnt. That's obviously not enough once you fight the higher ranking fighters or top 5 in the UFC's MW.

I'll never understand fighters like him though tbh. He arguably because of the aforementioned qualities might not need to put in as much into all sorts of technique as some say fighters that are not necessarily as gifted yet someone like him still manages to fuck up badly by constantly just slacking.

Like come on man. If someone like Brunson just merely worked on say his boxing alone, that in itself would take him so far considering he has powerful hands & explosion.

Stop race baiting, you mug. No one mentioned race. There are a lot of fighters like him from various places who over use their inherent power & explosiveness when with a little more techinque they could be real killers using that as a base combined with their speed/agility & power (which others lack)
