Gripping the inside of a sleeve/hem is illegal, as are pistolgrips. Standing you can't grip the belt for more than five seconds or so before you have to go for a throw (that's enough anyway) or the ref calls matte. The same goes for gripping the same lapel with both hands and gripping the pants.
Someone will surely ask "why all these rules?". Well, forbidding the pistolgrip on the ground I've never quite understood, but all the other rules exist to keep the action going and to prevent injuries.
The pistol grip is illegal, mostly to prevent serious injuries.
Also, you can't do a takedown which causes your opponent to intentionally fall on all fours. So Russian Drags are not allowed, AFAIK (which is sad for me, the Russian drag is one of my favorite takedowns). Neither is a joint lock from standing, so shihonage is out too AFAIK.

IDK. It is legal in Sambo and BJJ.
