Yep. Perhaps the U.S. should spend less time in the Middle East policing the domestic affairs of foreign states and more time at home handling its own domestic affairs.

I think it's pretty obvious that both parties want this migration to happen.

Liberal? What as Ronald Reagan when he granted amnesty to all illegals in this country?

This is a sign our economy is booming again. We should be happy that rich americans can once again afford illegal labor.

Good. It's a sign the economy is picking up, and we can always use people dedicated to work, which seems less and less like a trait that US citizens possess.

Please. Have you ever looked at ethnic unemployment rates? Probably not.

Asian and white U.S. citizens are excellent at staying off the unemployment lines. Hispanics and blacks? Not so much.

All we're doing by allowing more illegal aliens into the country is displacing the last generation of illegal aliens (who have either become U.S. citizens or given birth to U.S. citizens) with a fresh crop of willing wage slaves.

But of course by displacing these people in the workforce, we are pushing them into food stamps, unemployment, and other forms of welfare.

You can see this clearly in California's central valley, where farmers in counties with large Hispanic populations and unemployment rates over 10 percent are still whining about not having enough workers.

That's not a way to run a country. Smarten up.

Seriously, why don't Texans arm up and shoot those that try to cross illegally? That seems like the only option to quell the rush of illegals. I thought Texans had guts. The body count should be so severe that illegals go in through California.

Wealthy Texans love their peon labor and they don't have the foresight to see it will bite them (or their descendants) in the butt later.
