Colby beat Maia into a living death. If Colby had 2 more rounds Maia is ground beef.

Colby’s wrestling is more proven against top grapplers. He prevented Maia’s takedowns, and beat him up when he had top control. He also handily outpaced and outgrappled RDA.

Ben got slammed on his head by Lawler in his first 30 seconds in the UFC.

And went on to choke out one of the most devastating finishers in the ufc. I like how all you Askren haters have to hang on to is Askren almost getting knocked out even tho he went on to beat a killer in his ufc debut.

Askren would be an easier pay day and match. That being said, both are probably harder match ups than anything he has faced before. Askren could just get stuffed and picked apart, a kind of GSP Fitch real horror show, but Usman has never faced anyone that is as good at wrestling and funky as Ben. I think Colby Usman would be a closely contested and good fight, very Cormier vs Jones esque - all very close rounds, highly competitive and the fight would probably be decided by a round (if no one got finished). Colby is the most under rated fighter in the UFC, and solely owing to his antics.
