I've been asked by several of you to put up a video and some tips, whatever that means. So here's a quick video of 225*I don't remember. I'm showing proper form, and broke it down into the decent and ascent for a few. I've got to get to work, but I wanted to get this up so you could ask questions and when I get home tonight I'll answer them.
Pay attention to leg drive, elbow/forearm position, and angle of decent.
