NHL would be my second choice, I just don't trust their footwork. They're used to being able to skate...or would they keep the skates for the street fight? In that case...I'm taking blade feet all day.

If we're talking an average, representative player and not anybody specific I'd go with NBA. OP said street fight and those giants would scare away the adrenaline rush of just about anybody.

NHL player, I know most NHL enforcers take boxing lessons and some other martial arts lessons.
NBA players are awkward as hell in a fight, just watch when a fight breaks out, arms flailing and they fall down it's comical and an old 5' 8" referee pulls them apart.
MLB player unless it's someone like Nolan Ryan are a joke when they fight, they all pile on and with over 20 guys on the field fighting no one gets hurt.
NFL player while they are going to be on average the biggest and most powerful their fights are sad displays, again a big old pile on and no one is hurt, unless some guys comes flying in and spears someone.
MLS, this guy would be the most worthless. First time he gets hit is drops on the ground and starts flopping around, Not only would he be a detriment in a fight but you'd have to drive him to the hospital after.
