Name a champion who has become a successful coach. I can think of two.

Maybe four if I really dig deep.


Being able to follow instructions is not the same as being able to give instructions.

Or perhaps after a full and successful fighting career, they have enough money to retire and enjoy the rest of their lives.

youre absolutely right that being a great fighter =/= great coach, but you'd be crazy if you don't think weidman would be as good or better a mma coach than the mass majority of available options out there. GSP would be an amazing coach, and im sure if his pockets werent deep he'd be doin that right now.
