Heff started out strong but has devolved into a satirical caricature of himself. That book the one chick released about how he has to go out with all the women to a night club dance for a couple minutes for appearances, about an hour later take the girls home, take a viagra then dry hump each of them for about 30 seconds while each looked at each other with a bored look as they waited their turn for him to flop around on them like a dying fish was just sad. Then you have that latest skank that he was engaged to, dumped him, kept the ring and all other gifts. Hell she even got Heff to give up the dog, what man gives up the dog? Arnold wouldn't have given up the dog, probably Gates either. Then Heff gets engaged to her again. Heff is now officially a bitch.
