It would probably be best to pick some kind of monkey or ape if you could find one that lives in a decent environment, unthreatened by humans. But for a different kind of experience, it might be fun to pick a Greenland shark: they aren't hunted by anything (apex predator, over 1 ton in weight and 7 metres long) and it is estimated their lifespans may be as long as 500 years. Of course, they spend a lot of that time moving reeeaaaal slow. I imagine it would be like living in an extreme zen state for centuries. Sounds pleasant in this hectic age.
