You could argue that Yoel missing weight doesn't actually change things that much, if this was a title fight and he won then you'd probably see a rubber match next anyway, if he beats the champ then he'll probably still fight him again for the belt.

True but Fedor was Pride champion which back then was more prestigious than UFC heavyweight champion so I'd consider him to have been champion "of the world."

Names don't tell the whole story. Yoel beat those guys when they weren't past their prime.

It is like saying Weidman is the goat while he fought severely deflated Vitor and had one win over Silva due freak accident.
