If UFC 198 was a 10/10 before... What would you rate it now?

Before Anderson vs Hall got scrapped this card was a 10/10 imo. With this fight now the main card is this...

Main card:

Werdum vs Miocic (HW title)
Belfort vs Jacare
Cyborg vs Smith
Shogun vs C. Anderson
Barbarena vs Alves

Still a great main card but with it being in the stadium setting and in Anderson's hometown, I think that is the fight most fans wanted to see. Huge let down for people who bought tickets. I would give it a solid 8/10 now. The atmosphere should make it more exciting but that really sucks. Thoughts?

it was never a 10, it was a 9 and now it's 7.5, Barbarena and Shogun both have fights on the PPV portion, that's terrible.
