No. If Tate "wins" by laying on top of Holm, they will make Rousey-Tate III ("Ronda is on a mission, she's fighting for her legacy.") in which Ronda armbars her again which sets up Rousey-Holm II ("Rousey was distracted but now she's a different animal and wants revenge."). If Holm clobbers Tate (which she will) and beats Rousey's ass again they might as well pack up that division, so it's in the UFC's interest to do as many cards as possible with Rousey, because even the haters will tune in.

No, Holm took the mantle because she's also undefeated in MMA, Tate has lost to Rousey twice so the Cyborg fight won't generate interest.

If Tate were to win she'd probably become the first champion to ever co-main event to a fight that is in the champions division (Holly vs Ronda II) Or maybe she'll lose the belt in her first defence against Ronda like she did with the strikeforce belt.

The only way Tate wins is if Holms chin is completely gone.
