He'd certainly be in the discussion, but he hasn't really looked unbeatable like Fedor did in his prime and imo he beat some past their prime versions of the best wins that he has.

Def for the UFC. Timmy, Cain and Stipe right now are all up there for UFC HW GOAT for me.

A win against Ngannou would put Stipe in a class of his own as UFC HW GOAT.

He would still need a bit more work to overtake Fedor though. Cant sleep on Big Nog either, he is truly one of the best HW's ever

Fedor, while great in his prime, his record was extremely padded with bums. Credit to beating prime cro cop, sylvia, arlovski, but wins over guys like Zulu, Nagata are not impressive...

One of the best for sure.

But he has 19 fights total with 2 losses, so if he can win 10 more, get at least 2 more big names in his victim list out of those 10, then yeah, he'd have a case.

The problem with this is that he is 35.

He has like 5 fights left in his career and I doubt he wins all of them.

Other than that, Stipe is an awesome champ.

If Stipe beats ng then I think he is UFC HW GOAT. Skillwise I think Cain was better, but he just couldn't stay healthy.

I don't think Stipe is anywhere near Fedor or Big Nog yet. That's not really his fault though as they were around during the golden age for the HW division. Stipe just happens to be having his reign during a time when the division is very old and thin.
