1. Fighters will be penalized one half-point for every 30 seconds that has elapsed where they don't either attempt a strike, take-down, or submission.
2. If the judges score it a draw, the winner will be decided by an instant poll on Sherdog Forums, which will immediately open after the end of the fight, and close let's say 3 minutes later.
3. If ANY fighter loses 3 in a row then they will be released by the UFC because they obviously suck.
