Well watching it, I felt like that should have been stopped about 3 times, then he ignored/missed her first tap and she had to tap again a few seconds later. Terrible.

Dana complained about Mazzagatti so much that the ACs stopped assigning him to UFC cards.

Yamasaki is at least as incompetent, yet the UFC picks him to officiate their events.
