how many times doesn't matter. He trained to land the kick, no matter the improbability, and he did.

Considering he strung together 3 head kick ko's in a row it's obvious Vitor has been filling out his technique on the feet. Luck has to do with a LOT in this sport but it's crazy to suggest Vitor wouldn't have landed something similar to it after his recent wins.
