I just started S&S 7 weeks ago, and this is turning into a bulk gone bad in combination with a desk job.

guys, i just stepped on the scale, and hit 84kg. I looked at the numbers slapped my palm against my stumach and felt it all flubbering o_O' went to the kitchen & threw all my trash away, actually flushed a chocolar bar trough the toilet.

I'll go full paleo ( & if i cheat it's natural peanut butter which I use to dip banana's in as a snack :( ) and use IF ( I used to before to cut for competitions )

this is not just for a cut, but more a lifestyle changer. I used to do heavy work and get away with everything, but now I can't anymore. I'm 21 and can be succesfull if i put my heart into it

If you're only cheat meal consists of peanut butter, then more power to you. Good luck!

thank you ! dipping banana's into pb is heavenly, you should see people's faces when i arrive at the movie theatre with a 2lbs pb tub and 2 banana's

call me crazy, i just flushed all my soda's trough the sink also

I am curious on the type of technique you use to dip bananas into peanut butter. Wouldn't the banana just break or do you eat metal bananas? Or maybe you just don't give a damn and get peanut butter all over your hands... Please explain your scientific methods for achieving this goal.

The thought of someone trying to dip bananas into peanut butter, in a movie theater of all places, is absolutely hysterical

Also, good for you, TS. Keep making good lifestyle choices. I'll go ahead and recommend that you read Lyle McDonald's "A Guide to Flexible Dieting."

it's quite simple, you take the banana, and you dip

i even made a picture of me doing it for you guys

ok this is natural almond butter, which dips a bit easier

and at Pathogenic, thanks for the recommendation. I've read the book awhile ago and really liked it. sadly enough I have a "buy must eat all within 30 minutes" mental mindset when I buy something unhealthy so i mostly keep my cheats for when i'm travelling or after a tournament until those days, i'mma be dipping my banana's all the way ! apples also by the way

yarr pirates !

started feeding @ 1PM after bjj training

150gr beef
150gr turkey
good portion of broccoli

Evening
300gr Turkey /w tomatoes

Snacks
dumdumdum...

Muscle Milk Shake
Optimum On Whey Shake
3 apples
2 banana's
around 50gr of almond butter used for dipping
nomnomnom

i'm tired of calorie counting aslong as i have a good idea what i'm eating and add more on lifting i'm fine

this week has been kind of adaption. I only feel tempted to get the taste of something, mostly after a shit day/moment. anyway i think i'm on the good track and stuffing myself full with veggies & chicken is quite fun. I'll have a bjj tournament in 3 weeks and the weightclasses are 76 & 83 weight in with no gi ( is also grapping, all together on one day so they kept the grappling weightclasses)

well, i'll get an occasional cheat meal once in awhile, but that doesnt mean stuffing myself with everything i can see, i'm disgusted by hamburgers and most shit anyway, but an italian pizza can rock my world anyday :(

if anyone has some cool paleo snack ideas, let me know! i'm kind of addicted to dipping fruits in peanut & almond butter at the moment haha
