Well, Nick isn't scheduled to fight for the title... Nor would he likely beat Woodley... Nor is it guaranteed Wonderboy gets the next shot... especially with GSP making steps towards coming out or retirement... So there is a fuck load of IF and MAYBE in this bullshit thread to be arguing about for no reason.

Considering no WW title fight between Woodley and Nick has been announced or signed.

I find it impossible to think that Nick could fight Woodley in Sept or Oct. Then be ready to fight again in Nov at 205. The time line doesn't compute.
