If Nate Diaz was as dedicated to his MMA career as Conor is, how would a third fight go?

In what fantasy planet do you see Conor finishing Nate Diaz? Not even huge serial killers like prime Rory MacDonald, Benson Henderson or Josh Thomson could finish Nate Diaz. Those 3 would all MURDER McGregor with EASE.

Nate Diaz beat McGregor TWICE nearly finishing him again in 2nd fight. Conor was saved by the bell and Danas judges.

McGregor couldnt in a million years FINISH any version of Nate Diaz...not in a million years.

Nate can knock out manlets a weight smaller than him...but thats it. He stands no chance in hell ever finishing Nate Diaz.
You're delusional. They're 1-1 not matter how much you cry about it.

that guys going a bit far, but...

the fights being at 170 probably did benefit nate more so than conor

although its just conjecture
I think fighting @155 benefits Nate more. Conor didnt have to cut any weight and i think thats the only reason he was able(barely) to last 5 rounds.

Nate panic wrestled in the second fight. Nate also panic clinched alot in between Conor smashing his face. At 155 Nate gets smoked. He won't be able to lay his fat skinny cabo 200lb frame on Conor to wear him down at lw. Nate has a skinny chicken neck at lw too (see Michael Johnson fight)...no way that's going to absorb Conor power in 3rd fight. His ass was already sat down 3 times at 170lbs.
It's not "panic wrestling" if you've got the dominant ground game, ya knucklehead, but way too use a sherdog phrase to accentuate a poorly written troll post!

Nate got pieced up in both fights until he layed his fat skinny gazelle body on Conor against the cage to wear him down. Then after Conor tired out ala Bj vs Nick Nate was successful. Those silly gifs don't tell the whole story. In the first fight at the end of the first round Conor swept Nate and was attempting to mount. Nate finished that round with his ass up in the air and Conor on him like a gorilla.

Yea im delusional thats why fight ended EXACTLY how first one did...with Nate mounted on top of a gased lifeless Conor.

Way for Conor to REDEEM HIMSELF after getting choked out in first fight.

By getting bish slapped and ending fight in same position as fight fight.

AND THIS ALL AFTER A $2 MILLION DOLLAR CAMP....MUHAAHHAHAHAHAHAA!

The only reason why nate can survive with Conor is because of the size advantage and cardio.. other than that= all Conor .

Yes, you are quite delusional. The fight ended with Nate tripping Conor into halfguard, not mount, Conor immediately recovering to full guard, not mount, and Conor was blocking every shot, not gassed and lifeless.

No one is to say who takes things more seriously

If he decided to do a boxing fight and not compete for 2 years?

everyone knows another minute would have been death for conor...

but that is besides the point and you cant hold that against him

Based off what? Conor immediately recovering from half guard to full guard? Blocking every shot while Diaz has nothing for submission attempts?

There is nothing indicating there that Conor was in any danger of being finished besides any bias someone is carrying over from the first fight. Conor made the mistake of getting taken down with only seconds left, but did everything correct after that.

What an odd pair to compare "dedication" to their career.

Dude he was twice as fatigued and wasn't necessarily "blocking" those shots like you believe. Maybe they weren't flush but in like 10 seconds time it already appeared to be the beginning of the end. There is no shame in being saved by the bell, bro. Even casual Conor fans know what tf is up.

Nate at 155 is a decent subpar fighter. Did he beat Conor at 170, yes. The cut to LW is hard for Nate. He fought a FW moving up to LW at 170. Twice. He got lucky. He can thank Conor for agreeing to that. He got two opportunistic fights against a smaller guy and he didn’t have to make the cut to 155. His two fights against Conor at 170 aren’t and have never been an indication of where Nate stands in the LW division. Any top LW with a smart game plan beats him, including Conor.

I’d pick Conor to finish Nate in a third fight.

Once Nate is warmed up and zombie Nate kicks in Conor has two choices, give up or get on his bike for a few rounds. It's up to him what he chooses but both scenarios must be immensely disappointing for his fans to watch.

It would probably go like the second fight. Which Nate should have won.

The Diaz bros have never been terribly adaptable. Neither of them have ever checked a leg kick in the octagon.
