If Conor loses in let's say....a controversial ending, should the UFC have Conor keep fighting Nate until he eventually wins?

If Nate loses, you will not see a rematch, and if you do - the legacy of Conor begins to turn a little farcical, right? Fighting a guy who has 1 title fight to his name, and has spent most of his career in the middle of the pack. Fighting him again and again, like a Ward and Gatti rivalry. I thought Conor was a GOAT contender, one for the future, one of the best fighters on the roster, cover of the EA Sports game?

A second fight is ridiculous, a third fight might very well make me laugh.

If Conor beat Diaz Dana would just spin it saying that a trilogy would make sense, but not immediately because Conor would need to defend his belt. Then they'll let the idea sowly fade away as things get in the way and won't allow Nate within 10 miles of Conor.
