That's not a bad fight, but I think if Machida makes it out of round 1 there won't be enough Jesus/TRT left for Vitor to catch him and we see another KO by foot.

I'd pick Vitor over Machida. I think he'd rush him and beat him down for a TKO.

No machida is about ten million times more elusive then Bisping no miracle for Vitor the Jesus kid Belfort.

He is like a faster Hendo so he would definitely hit him more, and I wouldn't definitely want Vitor to win. I just don't see him catching Machida with a clean enough shot to stun him and get the TKO, but the again I didn't think Shogun would catch him either :)

Machida would be an interesting replacement if either Belfort or Rockhold got injured early. Weidman's also coming back in the summer, which seems like a perfect amount of time removed from the Henderson fight for Lyoto. If Weidman can beat Machida then Anderson can't refuse a fight with him.

I'd love to see Vitor vs Machida I feel like it's too opposing styles that match up great, and both have surprises people don't really think of when they picture their fighting styles (Machida's Judo, Vitor's BJJ). Vitor is so fast too (his hands) I feel like he could actually keep up with Machida if not be faster.

It would be interesting, especially given Vitor has actually taken a lot of Shotokan and trained under several high quality teachers in Brazil. He actually knows what he'd be going up against.

They have trained and sparred many times.

Vitor said he had to take 5 hits to land one. But one shot is all it takes.

Would be an awesome fight.

Would rather see him take on Cung Le, because it would probably be fun, see whcih of their unorthadox stlyes is mor effective, or Weidman as a major test for both guys, interesting to see how they would cope with one another...
