He's beaten Gilbert Burns, who was ranked at 1 or 2 at the time, and dominated everyone else he fights. He makes every fight week a spectacle and evey press conference into a train wreck. There is no one more deserving of a shot at the belt.

Belal is a soul suckingly boring decision machine - the new Jon Fitch.

Usman has injured his hand.

Masvidal has lost 3 straight.

No one cares about his missing weight. If anything it adds to his "IDGAF I kILL eVERYONE" persona.

They should have a substitute ready in case he fails to make weight - Belal or whoever.

Khamzat should either fight for the title or fight Colby. The Burns fight should have been a wakeup call that you can't steamroll through all the top ranked guys without fighting smart. The jury's still out if he's a thinking fighter or a weight bully. I have high hopes for Khamzat and hope that he win the title.
