The worst part about all of this is that if both fighters continue down their respective dominant paths and never get booked to fight each other again, it will truly be one of, if not the greatest fight to never happen. Sad.

The only way they book this fight again is if its on short notice so neither fighter has a chance to get injured.

Another possibility is Tony keeping the interim, and the two unifying. It just makes the eventual fight "bigger"... presuming it ever happens, because if they shelve the fight i don't see how Tony remains as interim champ.
