A father who claims to be a good father has expectations that providing for them is the bare minimum. On top of that, he has to spend quality time with them as much as possible, educating and mentoring them, going to their childhood events, driving them to places and building unforgettable memories.
I don’t see that with Jones. First he beats his wife in front of his children, now he’s overseas for months without his wife and kids not knowing what he’s doing behind the cameras. He’s not only ducking Tom, but he’s ducking important father responsibilities during the time when children that young need him the most. That’s just a recipe for a future divorce letting the wife handle all the physical and emotional tiredness with 4 children.
Him claiming that he is a good father is him trying to create good publicity and make him sound like a great guy when in fact he’s the opposite of that. You couldn’t save this guys sociopathic image even if he became a preacher after his MMA career.
