If Jones beats Tom, but it's a close decision (like with Reyes, Gus 1, etc) how will Sherdog react?

Sherdog is so soft these days. You can't even criticize a fighter without somebody crying in pain. He's attacking my favorite fighter 😔

To answer your question OP: idk man maybe i would like to see a rematch if it was a close fight? Is that too much to ask

People are asking Jon Jones to defend the belt against a worthy contender and some of you are screaming bloody murder

It would prob be the 3rd gifted decision victory for jones by the ufc in order to continue their narrative that they have the goat of mma

When did I say I don't want to see Jon fight Tom? And I'm not even necessarily a big Jones fan tbh. I'm a fan of him as a fighter, and he's fun to play as in the games, but as a person, Jon seems like a douche. But I think it's more likely than not that he finds a way to win against Tom. Even if it's a split decision.

Nothing but "robbery" threads for awhile, then they bring it up along with Reyes and Gus. Probably mention peds and how he's scared.

Honestly if Aspinall lets the fight get that close, he deserves to lose it. Jones is a LHW and so much mileage on him. When Jones got his first title shot he beat Shogun bell to bell and there was no question who was champ afterwards.

Well if Tom wants to win, he needs to either finish, or fight the perfect fight against the fighter who has arguably the best fight IQ the sport has ever seen. Can Tom win? Sure. He has the power and he's younger and bigger than Jon, etc. But will Tom win? Let's just say I wouldn't bet my life savings on it.
