UFC 200 is going to pull in a ton of casuals, and they're going to need a strong follow-up card to promote during the show.

Zuffa's definitely going to want UFC 200 to just be the first event in a string of strong PPV buys from July to November (the big MSG show, which will probably feature the returning Rousey).

Of course, they should just can this stupid rematch anyway, and have McGregor defend the title against either Edgar or Aldo.

The problem is that Conor wants to fight soon, and Dana also said that he will for sure fight before November(MSG), so he will most likely fight in August or September and there is no way José Aldo or Frankie Edgar will fight so soon, so this will probably happen.

My guess is you are correct . You never know though with the McGregor circus
