Holloway with two titles while beating the best FW in history twice to gain the title and defend it and beating a guy who is more universally accepted to be the top instead of Alvarez

Vs

Conor with a debatable fluke win and then matched up perfectly for a title shot while going 1-1 with a lower ranked LW and no defenses.

If Holloway wins his UFC win streak is up there with only Anderson, GSP, Jones, and DJ. At 26 he'd truly already be one of the best to ever do it:

Not to mention Conor had the exact same victory just 4 years prior, from how the opponent fell to the follow up shot.

The promotion for Holloway-Conor would be great. Max would literally have both of the belts that Conor built his name on.
 
Holloway is already better than Conor just for stepping up and taking the fight while the "champ" is nowhere to be found.
 
If Holloway wins, Holloway > Everyone.

Again, Dana didn't even offer the fight to Conor's camp because he wants more time to promote it.
