First of all. There is no female 145 in the UFC.

Second. Anderson never fought the #1 at LHW. So the comparison doesn't add up.

Honestly imo moving up and beating tailor made opponents didn't do much for Anderson's legacy imo. He build it at MW.

Ronda is the GOAT in WMMA. Any comparison with male MMA does not make sense though.

He was a scarecrow at WW though, MW and LHW were really the natural weightclasses for his size.

Nobody would say that Overeem moving up from LHW to HW was impressive.

Actually, they do say it was impressive. So impressive in fact, that a lot of people don't think it would have been possible without the horses.

But back to Anderson. Anderson was champion at WW, who cares if he wasn't as big back then. Plenty of fighters in MMA fit that current description in their current weight class. MW only became Anderson's natural weight class when he added the muscle. Look at Michael "Venom" Page, a WW. Or do you consider him a natural MW as well?
